PREMIUM CULINARY TOUR Activity Overview
Instead of choosing a single restaurant for a team lunch, you can take your group on a walk through the oldest part of Warsaw, where history and food go hand in hand — that’s exactly what a private culinary tour of the Old Town is all about. This experience is built around one simple idea: to truly get to know a place’s cuisine, you need to walk its streets, not just sit down at one table.
As part of this 3-hour food tour, you’ll visit several top restaurants and sample as many as 12 dishes: from cold and hot appetisers, through soup and a main course, to dessert and a tasting of homemade liqueur to finish. There’s plenty of food, so we definitely recommend coming hungry. The walk starts at the Royal Castle and ends near the New Town Market Square.
- a tasting of artisanal pâté and cheeses sourced directly from local producers,
- Polish cuisine classics on your plate — pierogi, bigos, żurek, pork schnitzel and kaszanka,
- time for something sweet — a selection of Polish baked treats served with coffee or tea,
- the route ends with a tasting of homemade liqueur, a traditional Polish ritual to round off the meal,
- stories about the history of the Old Town — from the first settlers, through its post-war reconstruction, to the present day — interwoven with the guide’s own family history,
- at the end, each participant goes home with a chocolate bar as a keepsake, along with a link to photos taken during the walk.
We can conduct a private food tour in Polish, English, or French. The maximum group size is 20 people.
