TEAM BUILDING BONFIRE Activity Overview
Looking for a relaxed team-building idea near Wrocław, but away from the hustle and bustle of the city? A team campfire is a great opportunity to spend time together by the water, surrounded by forest and nature. The location is about 15 minutes from central Wrocław, making it easy to combine a team outing with a laid-back afternoon get-together.
Your group will have access to a large, atmospheric fire pit and the site for a maximum of 6 hours. It works best to organise the bonfire from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm, although an earlier start can be arranged in advance. In any case, the event must end by 10:00 pm.
On site, you’ll find comfortable picnic tables with benches, a supply of firewood, a grill grate and roasting sticks, so participants can prepare sausages over the fire themselves. The group is responsible for arranging its own food and drinks, but if you’re unable to organise them, we can provide catering – simply select this option under the extras when booking.
Electricity is available on site, so it’s worth bringing a speaker and preparing a playlist. There are also sports fields and equipment available, so you can liven up the bonfire with team games or some active recreation. Participants also have access to a portable toilet facility.
At the start of the event, a coordinator will look after your group. They’ll welcome you on site, help with the arrangements and stay with the participants for around an hour. If everything is running smoothly, the group can continue the party independently after that. The participants light the fire together, which helps create a relaxed, social atmosphere. Once the event is over, make sure the fire has been completely extinguished and that the area is left tidy.
The maximum number of participants is 50 people.
1. Lighting a bonfire is permitted only in the designated fire pit and exclusively by adults.
2. The bonfire organiser or a person appointed by the organiser must supervise the bonfire continuously throughout its duration.
3. Once the bonfire has ended, the fire must be completely extinguished and the area left tidy.
4. Participants are required to exercise caution and follow the instructions of the bonfire organiser and staff.
5. The following are prohibited:
- lighting fires outside the designated area,
- pouring flammable substances onto the fire,
- leaving children unattended,
- disturbing the night-time quiet (from 10:00 p.m.),
- leaving the fire unattended.
6. In the event of any danger, immediately notify the staff or call the emergency number 112.
7. The bonfire organiser or the person responsible for causing the damage is liable for any material or damage-related costs.
8. The facility manager reserves the right to:
- refuse permission to organise a bonfire in the event of unfavourable weather conditions
- terminate the bonfire in the event of a breach of these regulations
