WARSAW MYSTERY CITY GAME Activity Overview
The “SECRETS OF WARSAW” city game is a popular team-building activity for companies.
Warsaw Mysteries is a 3-hour adventure that turns the historic Old Town into a game board, with individual locations serving as clues to help crack the code needed to complete the game and win. The participants work together to solve the puzzles and search for the right answers within the designated area.
1. The main objective for the teams taking part in the game is to complete it as quickly as possible :)
2. To do this, the team will need to obtain a special CODE that allows them to stop the game clock.
3. To stop the clock, they must log in to a specially prepared website using the CODE they obtained during the game.
4. To collect the materials needed to obtain the code, the teams will have to explore the streets of Warsaw’s Old Town, searching for answers to the questions provided. The clues indicating the locations are game cards with photos pointing them towards specific places. Once they reach the right location, the answer to the question will start to become accessible to the investigating team.
5. Gathering all the pieces of the puzzle means moving on to the final decryption stage — calculating the CODE that allows the team to log in to the website and stop the clock.
6. The winning team is the first one to log in to the dedicated website. However, right up until the very end, the teams will not know for sure whether someone got there before them — they will only find out during the final wrap-up of the game.
The game takes place in Warsaw’s Old Town, covering Castle Square, the Royal Castle, Sigismund’s Column and the townhouses around the Old Town Market Square—in the very heart of the capital’s historic centre, rebuilt after the war and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
