ICE SWIMMING Activity Overview
Ice swimming in Warsaw is a fantastic idea for a team-building event for a responsible company. Take care of your employees and help them build their natural resilience. Nothing brings people together like facing their own weaknesses and fears in icy water. Nothing relaxes better than gathering in a sauna together after this cleansing experience (everyone in towels).
We've got a really special place lined up for you. Right in the middle of the forest, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but just 20 minutes from downtown Warsaw, there’s a little oasis of peace and quiet. On this private wooded property, there's parking for 5 cars, a changing room, a private lake with comfy steps, and an extraordinary sauna – the only one of its kind in Warsaw – with an entrance straight from the water and a cozy vestibule that’s warm but not too hot.
In the sauna, we can fit a maximum of 12 people, or 11 + sauna master. So if you have more folks, you’ll need to take turns. While you’re taking a dip, you’ll burn a ton of calories, so it’s recommended not to jump in on an empty stomach. Trust me, you’ll be hungry! That’s why we’ve got a bonfire with some hot tea and caloric sausages with bread included for anyone who wants it. You can also bring your own food for the bonfire at no extra charge.
The first time you go for a dip lasts about 10 minutes, and the sauna sessions can go for a max of 2 hours with plenty of breaks in between. There are also workout gear available on site to help you warm up after coming out of the cold water.
The temperature in the sauna usually ranges from 70 to 90 degrees. The water temperature from November to March is around 2-10 degrees.
Get here on your own or by our minibus from anywhere in Warsaw (add this extra below).
The uniqueness of the place makes it super popular. It's available during the week only before 6 PM, and on weekends after 12 PM. Sundays are available too.
