Question 1

What is the "Relax in the SPA" attraction in Kraków and what does this team-building event involve?

Accepted Answer

Relax in the SPA is a regenerative team-building attraction in a luxurious SPA center in the heart of Kraków, where the whole group enjoys 2 hours of access to the pool, dry sauna, steam sauna, and mud sauna with light therapy and aromatherapy. A dedicated coordinator meets the participants outside and hands the group over to the professionally trained staff — the company doesn’t have to worry about any formalities or on-site reservations.

Question 2

What exactly is included in the "Relax in the SPA" package?

Accepted Answer

The package includes: 2-hour access to a luxurious pool and dry, steam, and mud saunas with light and aromatherapy. Additionally, a wide range of paid face and body treatments (e.g. massages, beauty treatments) are available on-site, which participants can book on their own at the SPA — it's worth informing the group about this possibility before the event.

Question 3

How long does the "Relax in the SPA" team-building attraction last?

Accepted Answer

Access to the wellness area lasts for 2 hours — enough time to fully enjoy all the areas: the pool, three types of saunas, and relaxation spaces. If you wish to extend your stay or book treatments, it's worth arranging this when making the reservation since the availability of rooms may be limited during peak hours.

Question 4

Is "Relax in the SPA" a good attraction after an intense conference or training day?

Accepted Answer

Relax in the SPA is an excellent regenerative ending to an intense, knowledge-packed day — spending time together in the wellness area without hierarchy and professional roles, in a relaxing atmosphere, naturally brings participants closer and releases tensions. This format is particularly appreciated by high-stress industries: finance, sales, law, or project management.

Question 5

Is "Relax in the SPA" suitable for both women and men?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the wellness area with a pool and saunas is available to all participants without restrictions; mixed groups (women and men) are the norm for this attraction. The only requirement for participants is to bring a swimsuit — it's worth informing the group in advance, especially if the event takes place directly after a conference day.

Question 6

Can "Relax in the SPA" be combined with other attractions in Kraków?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the SPA pairs perfectly with an Integration Dinner, Kraków Nightlife, or a Hummer Limousine ride as an elegant, relaxing prelude to an integration evening. Our team is happy to prepare a cohesive scenario for the whole day or evening, combining Relax in the SPA with other attractions from the offer — just ask when making a reservation.

Question 7

Can the number of participants be changed after booking "Relax in the SPA" and until when is this possible?

Accepted Answer

Changing the number of participants is possible — please notify us of any adjustments no later than 10 working days before the planned event. If you need to adjust the group composition at another time or have additional questions, we encourage you to contact our team.

Question 8

What description appears on the invoice for organizing the "Relax in the SPA" attraction?

Accepted Answer

The invoice for organizing a corporate attraction usually contains the description: “organization of a team-building/corporate event/workshop”. If your company requires a different description due to accounting department requirements or internal billing policy, please ask us for details when placing the order.

Question 9

Do you issue a proforma invoice before "Relax in the SPA"?

Accepted Answer

Yes, payment is made based on a proforma invoice. The final VAT invoice will be issued after the event, as the number of participants may change until then — we want the settlement to always match the actual number of people participating in the attraction.

Question 10

Is "Relax in the SPA" available all year round?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the SPA center is available all year round, making this attraction an exceptionally good choice for autumn and winter when companies are looking for a regenerating, warm indoor event. Due to the limited number of places in pool and sauna areas, we encourage booking in advance, especially for larger groups.
