You can bring your own beer and snacks — the organizer has no objections.

No — alcohol is strictly prohibited during this attraction. All participants must remain sober throughout the ride for safety reasons and due to shooting range operator requirements. Evening gatherings with alcohol can be planned after returning to the Tri-City — a Tank Ride pairs perfectly with a night attraction as the highlight of the afternoon program.

The emotions are absolutely beyond language.

Can the number of participants be changed after booking the Tank Ride and until when?

Accepted Answer

It is possible to change the number of participants — please report any corrections no later than 10 business days before the planned event, especially if the change in the number of people exceeds a multiple of 5, as this affects the number of rides ordered. Weekend slots — especially in spring and summer — are popular. We encourage securing the date as early as possible, and the group composition can be finalized later.

What description appears on the invoice for the Tank Ride?

Accepted Answer

The invoice for organizing a corporate attraction usually includes the description: “organization of team-building / corporate event / workshop". If your company requires a different description due to accounting department requirements or internal billing policies, please ask us for details when placing your order.

Question 12

Do you issue a proforma invoice before the Tank Ride?

Accepted Answer

Yes, payment is made based on a proforma invoice. The final VAT invoice will be provided after the event, as the number of participants and any additional options (barbecuing) may change until then — we want the settlement to always reflect the actual event realization.
