THE BASILISK’S REVENGE CITY GAME Activity Overview
The capital is on the highest alert. Awakened from centuries of slumber, the Basilisk has returned to Warsaw’s streets, turning everyone it encounters into cold, motionless stone. Terror is paralyzing more and more districts, and time is on the beast’s side.
An elite unit of Hunters enters the game—a team formed for one purpose: to stop the impending catastrophe. Following the monster’s trail, your team will delve into manuscripts hidden in the archives, piece together scattered clues, and locate the creature’s lair to deliver the final blow. The fate of Warsaw is in your hands... will you make it in time before the entire city turns to stone?
1. We meet at a designated spot in central Warsaw (by the Warsaw Uprising Monument), where our coordinator introduces the participants to the storyline and divides the group into smaller task teams (5–10 people).
2. The leader of each team receives a dedicated link on their smartphone – once they enter the command START, the game begins and the story comes to life.
3. The teams set off along the route at intervals of a few minutes (5–10 minutes), ensuring a comfortable and exciting competition.
4. Along the route, we’ve prepared several checkpoints where the teams will receive the materials and props they need for the game. At the end, each participant will also get a drink to celebrate the victory.
5. Thanks to the choices they make along the route, each group creates its own story leading to a unique finale – guaranteeing plenty to talk about during the joint wrap-up over dinner and drinks!
1. The route is approx. 4 km long.
2. At least one person in each team must have a working, fully charged smartphone.
3. No time limit - the game is not timed. Go at your own pace, and if needed, you can take a break and finish another day.
4. No player limit - play with as many people as you like. Larger groups are divided into teams of 5-10 people - we also organise team-building events for 100+ people.
5. We play all year round - the weather is not a problem. We operate throughout the year, even after dark. Just make sure to dress warmly.
