Question 1

What is the Katamaran VIP as a team-building attraction in Trójmiasto and what does it entail?

Accepted Answer

Katamaran VIP is an exclusive, hour-long cruise on the picturesque waters of the Gdańsk Bay aboard a luxury catamaran exclusively for your group — featuring spacious and elegantly designed interiors, leather sofas, and stylish lighting. The cruise sails through the scenic waters of the Gdańsk Bay, offering views of Sopot, Gdańsk, and the Baltic horizon — a sunset at sea from the deck of the catamaran is one of the most spectacular backdrops for corporate team-building that Trójmiasto has to offer. The catamaran can accommodate up to 18 passengers at a time, making it an ideal choice for compact groups.

Question 2

What is included in the Katamaran VIP package price?

Accepted Answer

The package price includes: an hour-long cruise on a luxury catamaran in the Gdańsk Bay exclusively for your group (up to 18 people), an experienced skipper and onboard crew, leather sofas, and stylish lighting on board, as well as the event coordinator's care. You can bring your own drinks and snacks on board — a corkage fee applies. Catering, an alcohol package, a photographer, and other extras can be ordered as paid options directly during booking — details below.

Question 3

Where does the catamaran depart from and how to get there?

Accepted Answer

The catamaran departs from a marina in Sopot or Gdańsk — the exact docking location is arranged individually with the coordinator depending on the date and availability. Both locations are well-connected with all parts of Trójmiasto — by SKM train, tram, or car. The coordinator provides the exact marina address along with the reservation confirmation so the whole group doesn't get lost at the last minute.

Question 4

Can you drink alcohol on the catamaran and can you bring your own drinks?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you can bring your own alcohol and snacks on board — a corkage fee applies. Alternatively, you can order a prepared alcohol package from the organizer, which will be chilled and ready on board when the group arrives. The option to bring your own alcohol is a popular choice among groups who want to bring their favorite drinks or have special preferences — the corkage fee is reasonable and gives full freedom in choosing drinks.

Question 5

What extras can be added to the Katamaran VIP package?

Accepted Answer

The package offers a list of paid extras, including: onboard catering, an alcohol package, a photographer or videographer documenting the cruise, special occasion decorations, and other services arranged individually. It's worth ordering extras in advance when making a reservation — especially the photographer and catering, which require logistical planning before the cruise. A cruise with catering and a photographer provides ready-made content for corporate social media and a souvenir album — one of the most impressive combinations in the entire offer.

Question 6

How long does the Katamaran VIP cruise last and what is the minimum number of participants?

Accepted Answer

The standard cruise duration is 1 hour on the waters of the Gdańsk Bay. The minimum number of participants is 10 people, and the catamaran can accommodate a maximum of 18 passengers. The cruise is perfect as a spectacular, yet not too long segment in a multi-attraction program — after an hour on the water, the group can seamlessly move on to dinner in the center of Sopot or the next evening attraction.

Question 7

Is the Katamaran VIP available all year round or only in season?

Accepted Answer

The catamaran is primarily available in the season from May to September, although cruises are possible in spring and autumn outside the peak season if the weather is favorable. Weather conditions (wind, waves) directly affect the possibility of going to sea — in the case of bad weather, the coordinator informs the group in advance and we jointly agree on a substitute date or alternative attraction. June–August is the period when sunsets over the Baltic are absolutely spectacular — it's worth planning an evening cruise during this time.

Question 8

Is the Katamaran VIP available in English for foreign groups?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the event coordinator and onboard crew communicate in English. An hour-long catamaran cruise in the Gdańsk Bay with views of Sopot and the Baltic is an experience that requires no language skills — the sound of the water, wind in your face, and the panorama of the Trójmiasto coastline are absolutely beyond language. For guests from the British Isles or Scandinavia, a private catamaran exclusively for their group on the Polish sea is an unusual and very attractive event format.

Question 9

Can the number of participants be changed after booking the Katamaran VIP and until when?

Accepted Answer

Changing the number of participants is possible — please report any changes at least 10 business days before the planned event, especially if the number exceeds 18 — in that case, organizing a second cruise or changing the unit would be necessary. The summer season by the sea is very popular — we encourage you to secure the date and initial group composition as early as possible.

Question 10

What description appears on the invoice for the Katamaran VIP?

Accepted Answer

The invoice for the organization of a corporate attraction usually includes the description: “organization of a team-building / corporate event / workshop". If your company needs a different description due to accounting department requirements or internal billing policy, please ask us for details when placing your order.

Question 11

Do you issue a proforma invoice before the Katamaran VIP?

Accepted Answer

Yes, payment is made based on the proforma invoice. The final VAT invoice will be received after the event, as the number of participants and ordered extras may change until then — we want the settlement to always reflect the actual event execution.
