The format is optimal for groups from 8 to 16 people — we provide 8 balls for 50 minutes of play. For groups over 16 people, we automatically reserve two 50-minute blocks, ensuring everyone gets a full dose of gameplay without having to wait too long in line. Participants are divided into two teams — an instructor explains the rules and referees the match throughout, ensuring the game is dynamic and safe.

How long does Bubble Football last, and what exactly is included in the corporate package?

Each game block lasts 50 minutes; the total event time with travel, suiting up, and finale is usually around 1.5–2 hours. The package price includes: rental of the sports hall (Gdańsk or Gdynia), 8 balls for the group, an instructor and match referee, knee pads, a ball, and an event coordinator. Upon request, we can also arrange minibus transport from a selected location in the Tri-City and back.

The matches are played at indoor sports halls with artificial turf in Gdańsk or Gdynia — locations are conveniently connected to the city centers. There's also an option to organize the game at any outdoor location in the Tri-City — on the beach, in a park, on a company campus, or hotel courtyard, provided the area is suitable for inflatable balls (natural or artificial grass, sand). A bubble-car with all the equipment arrives at the designated spot.

Yes — Bubble Football is an exceptionally safe attraction, despite its apparent roughness. The giant inflatable ball completely cushions collisions, protecting the participant's head and torso, and falls and tumbles do not cause injuries — inside the ball, it's soft and comfortable, and contact with the field is smooth. The instructor ensures participants follow the rules and do not overexert themselves physically. The attraction is suitable for adults in good health.

Yes — an excellent combination is the Bubble Football + Archery Tag package, where after 50 minutes of playing in inflatable balls, participants move on to combat archery with foam arrows, masks, and bows. It's a two-hour block of active attractions that ensures no one gets bored with one type of gameplay, and the level of engagement and laughter remains high throughout. Both attractions are played in the same hall without needing to change locations.

Changing the number of participants is possible — please notify us of the correction at least 10 business days before the planned event so the coordinator can appropriately reserve the number of balls and time blocks in the hall. It's worth remembering that for groups over 16 people, a second 50-minute block is automatically initiated — changing the number of participants above this threshold may affect the final pricing of the event.

Accepted Answer

The invoice for organizing a corporate attraction usually includes the description: “organization of a team-building / corporate event / workshop". If your company needs a different description due to accounting department requirements or internal billing policies, please ask us for details when placing your order.

Question 10

Do you issue a proforma invoice before Bubble Football?

Accepted Answer

Yes, payment is made based on a proforma invoice. You will receive the final VAT invoice after the event because the number of participants can change until then — we want the billing to always match the actual number of people participating in the event.
