PIEROGI-MAKING WORKSHOP Activity Overview
Pierogi are probably the most recognizable signature of Polish cuisine — and pierogi-making workshops in Warsaw are a chance to get to know this iconic dish not just from the plate, but from scratch: with a handful of flour and some water.
Once you arrive, your group will take part in a hands-on cooking session—not just sit on the sidelines watching a tasting:
- You’ll learn how to make the dough from scratch, from kneading and preparing the filling to rolling it out.
- You’ll discover and practise different pierogi-folding techniques, including decorative patterns.
- You’ll master the tricks for making perfect pierogi and learn about the “magic ingredients” that take the flavour to the next level.
- You’ll work in pairs, making it easy to bond and keep the atmosphere fun.
- On request, we can also organise free additional MasterChef-style challenges.
- At the end, everyone sits down for a shared meal—the plate of pierogi you’ve made yourselves is the perfect way to round off the experience and a great excuse to chat around the table.
The following options are available: meat, vegetarian, and vegan pierogi. What’s more, we cook them separately. For guests with a gluten allergy, we’ll prepare an alternative dish.
The maximum group size is 30 people. Classes can be held in English, French, German, or Polish.
