SOMMELIER WORKSHOPS Activity Overview
Looking for an original activity for a corporate team-building event, client meeting, or evening out with an organised group? Join our engaging sommelier workshops, where participants will discover that wine tasting can be interesting, accessible, and full of fun.
The host will guide the group step by step through the five stages of the workshop:
- Introduction to the world of wine — a short, accessible story about how wine is made and what influences its flavour.
- Tasting 4–5 wines — a shared analysis of colour, aroma and flavour, learning to recognise the key characteristics of each wine.
- Wine in practice — comparing different styles and grape varieties, and discovering why some wines are light and refreshing while others are full-bodied and intense.
- Mini quiz or tasting challenge — a fun element of healthy competition that works especially well for group bonding.
- Food pairing — the basics of pairing wine with snacks.
We will agree on the selection of wines with you before the event, so that participants taste drinks suited to the character and expectations of the group.
The maximum group size is 20 people.
English-language service: If you need the workshops to be conducted in English, there is an additional fee of PLN 500 per trainer.
