ARREST IN COMMUNIST STYLE Activity Overview
Arresting in Warsaw PRL style - a thrill-seeking joke. Props:
1. a real police car from the deep past with a megaphone,
2. a cop in a uniform from the bygone era,
3. police handcuffs,
4. a police baton (only as a prop).
The chosen person is stopped by a uniformed, prankster militia officer and given a thorough search. They might be surprised, but it’s all done in the spirit of good fun. On the pretext of finding drugs, our hero is arrested, handcuffed, and put into a militia patrol car—a Polonez. The car sets off for a short drive through the streets of Warsaw. This PRL-style arrest can begin and end at any locations of your choice in Warsaw, as part of the whole group’s party. The prank can be used to single out one participant, while the party continues afterwards with everyone back together.
