Question 1

What is the Party Yacht attraction in the Tricity and what does this corporate yacht cruise involve?

Accepted Answer

Party Yacht is a private, 2-hour luxury sailing yacht cruise exclusively for corporate groups—departing from Gdańsk or Sopot to the Gdańsk Bay, with an experienced skipper on board who navigates the vessel and ensures the safety of the entire crew. The yacht's modern, spacious, and comfortable interiors add prestige, and the appropriate equipment allows for any type of meeting—from informal integration with catering service to an intimate management meeting with a view of the Gdańsk Bay.

Question 2

How many people can one yacht take and what fleet do you have in the Tricity?

Accepted Answer

One yacht can accommodate a maximum of 14 people including the skipper, which means up to 13 people in the group. We have three yachts, allowing us to serve groups of up to about 40 people simultaneously—all three vessels set sail together, creating an impressive convoy on the Gdańsk Bay. For groups over 40 people, our larger units are available—a catamaran or party ship—details are discussed upon booking.

Question 3

What is included in the Party Yacht price and what can you bring on board?

Accepted Answer

The cruise price includes: fuel, an experienced skipper, an event coordinator on board, mineral water, and a choice of 2 bottles of prosecco or 0.7 l of whisky as a welcome. You can bring your own drinks and snacks—the yacht is equipped with a fridge, toilet, and audio equipment. On request, we can order professional catering, additional alcohol (available in a paid Alko package), a photographer, or a GoPro camera to document the cruise.

Question 4

Where do the cruises start and what routes are available during the Party Yacht in the Tricity?

Accepted Answer

Crises start from Gdańsk (Marina Gdańsk) or Sopot (Marina Sopot) and run on routes Gdańsk–Gdańsk or Sopot–Sopot. The cruise route is adjusted to the group's preferences and current weather conditions on the Gdańsk Bay—typically includes a panorama of the Old Town from the water or a cruise towards the open bay. Longer routes are available upon request: Gdańsk–Sopot, a cruise towards Westerplatte, Wisłoujście Fortress, or the Hel Peninsula—duration and price for longer cruises are agreed individually.

Question 5

Is a sunset cruise available and how much is the surcharge?

Accepted Answer

Yes—a sunset cruise is one of the most popular and romantic options for the Party Yacht in the Tricity. Until August 25, sunset cruises start at 8:00 PM; from August 25 to September 22, at 6:00 PM. The surcharge for a sunset cruise is 200 PLN for the entire reservation—regardless of the number of participants. It's an absolutely unique experience, especially for groups with foreign guests or during corporate anniversaries and special meetings.

Question 6

How long does the Party Yacht cruise last and can it be extended?

Accepted Answer

The standard cruise lasts 2 hours—enough time to circle the panorama of Gdańsk's Old Town, head out to the open bay, and return to the marina. The cruise can be extended by another hour or more—the price for each additional hour is determined individually upon booking. For groups wishing to spend half a day or a full day on the water, our yacht charter offers for several hours or full-day routes: Gdańsk–Sopot–Gdańsk (4 hours) or Gdańsk–Gdynia–Gdańsk (6 hours) are available.

Question 7

Is the Party Yacht available with English-speaking service for international groups?

Accepted Answer

Yes—the skipper and event coordinator communicate in English, making this attraction an excellent choice for companies with international employees or guests. A cruise on the Gdańsk Bay with a view of historic Gdańsk from the water is an experience that leaves a lasting impression on every foreign guest—elegance, calm waters, sea breeze, and the panorama of one of the Baltic's most beautiful cities all in one.

Question 8

Does the Party Yacht cruise take place in all weather conditions?

Accepted Answer

The cruise is dependent on current conditions on the Gdańsk Bay—with wind strength up to about 5 Beaufort and calm waves, the cruise proceeds normally. In case of stronger winds or storms, the skipper decides whether to shorten the route or stay in port—the crew's safety is always a priority. In such situations, we offer an alternative attraction on the same date or reschedule the cruise—we have a full portfolio of attractions available in the Tricity regardless of the weather.

Question 9

Can you change the number of participants after booking the Party Yacht and until when is this possible?

Accepted Answer

Changing the number of participants is possible—please notify us of any adjustments no later than 10 working days before the planned cruise. It's important to remember that the maximum capacity of one yacht is 13 people—if the adjustment exceeds a multiple of 13, we launch another yacht at a price proportional to the number of participants. The summer season (June–August) is very busy—we encourage early booking and confirmation of the group composition.

Question 10

What description appears on the invoice for organizing the Party Yacht?

Accepted Answer

The invoice for organizing the corporate attraction usually includes the description: “organization of integration / corporate event / workshop". If your company requires a different description due to accounting department requirements or internal billing policy, please ask us for details when placing an order.

Question 11

Do you issue a proforma invoice before the Party Yacht cruise?

Accepted Answer

Yes, payment is made based on a proforma invoice. The final VAT invoice will be received after the event, as the number of participants may change by then—we want the settlement to always reflect the actual number of people participating in the cruise.
