TEAM BUILDING REGATTA Activity Overview
Our proposal is professionally organized yachting competitions with sport boats. Up to 50 participants can join, regardless of their skills. We offer comprehensive event management.
1. Professional Training and Briefing
Before you feel the sea breeze, we start with solid groundwork on land. Our certified instructors will lead a brief but engaging training session. They'll explain safety rules, navigation basics, discuss the rules of the regatta, and answer absolutely all questions. You'll learn what a mainsail, jib are, and how to effectively catch the wind!
2. Sea Challenges
Time to move from theory to practice! Crews will be assigned to sporty yachts (4–8 participants per yacht). An experienced skipper will be present on each yacht at all times, ensuring safety and supporting your team in the quest for victory. You'll be working the lines, balancing the yacht, and making tactical decisions. Communication and teamwork are key here – the best collaborators win!
3. Award Ceremony
After the thrilling race and docking at the port, it's time to celebrate. The excitement will slowly settle, and we'll summarize the results and ceremoniously award the sea challenges. We'll ensure no one leaves empty-handed – everyone will receive a commemorative participation certificate, and the winning crew will earn well-deserved laurels and eternal glory in the office!
