PG4 is a brewery with its own craft beer production on-site, with an extensive restaurant, two banquet halls, and a beer garden. The atmospheric industrial interiors of the brewery create the perfect backdrop for company integration — guests sit literally a few meters from the fermentation tanks.

If you want to combine the Brewery Event with a group dinner, we can agree on the menu with the brewery in advance, so the meal is ready at a specific time of the evening — without unnecessary waiting after the tour. A vegetarian option is also available. Alternatively, you can choose the ready-made Party Bus + Dinner at the Brewery package, where dinner is already included in the price.

The Brewery Event focuses on touring and beer tasting directly at the producer — with the option to stay at the table at will. The Beer Integration Package, on the other hand, emphasizes the ceremony of tapping a 10-liter wooden beer keg by a designated person from the group — with a tap mounted in the keg, from which everyone pours their own beer — giving it a more spectacular, ceremonial character. For groups over 20 people, 2 kegs are served in the Beer Package. If you want to emphasize the ceremony and beer ritual, choose the Beer Package — if you are interested in the brewery tour and educational background, the Brewery Event is the right choice.

How long does the Brewery Event last, and what is the minimum number of participants?

The entire event lasts about 3 hours — including the brewery tour with a guide, tasting, and table time with two mugs of beer. The minimum number of participants is 8 people. Three hours is enough to go through the full program — and at the same time not drag out the evening if you’re planning another attraction or a music club after the brewery. The brewery is open late — you can stay longer, ordering more beers and dishes from the menu.

It is one of the most weather-resistant formats in the offer — in autumn and winter, PG4’s interiors with warm beer and the industrial atmosphere of the brewery have a unique, cozy character that may work even better than in summer.

Can the number of participants be changed after booking the Brewery Event and until when?

Changing the number of participants is possible — please report the correction no later than 10 working days before the planned event, so the coordinator can properly reserve the table and plan the appropriate number of mugs, tasting sets, and places on the brewery tour. It is worth confirming at this occasion whether anyone from the group wants to order dinner — then the coordinator will forward the request to the brewery to prepare a group menu in advance.

What description appears on the invoice for the Brewery Event?

The invoice for organizing the corporate attraction usually bears the description: “organization of integration / corporate / workshop event". If your company needs a different description due to accounting department requirements or internal billing policy, please ask us for details when placing the order.

Question 11

Do you issue a proforma invoice before the Brewery Event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, payment is made based on a proforma invoice. You will receive the final VAT invoice after the event, as the number of participants may change by that time — we want the settlement to always be in line with the actual implementation of the event.
