Question 1

What is the "Party Bus + Dinner at the Brewery" package in the Tricity and what does this corporate evening event entail?

Accepted Answer

Party Bus + Dinner at the Brewery is a two-stage, complete integration evening combining a lively ride on a party bus around the Tricity with an intimate dinner featuring locally brewed beers at the best brewery in Gdańsk — Brovarnia. This is one of our absolute bestsellers among corporate evening packages — the Party Bus gets the group going and sets the party mood, while the dinner at Brovarnia offers the chance for a relaxed evening together with excellent food and beer. The two attractions create the perfect continuum: adrenaline and madness → relaxation and feasting.

Question 2

What is a Party Bus and how is it equipped?

Accepted Answer

The Party Bus is a spacious party bus for up to 25 participants equipped with tinted windows, a private illuminated bar, comfortable elegant sofas, powerful sound system with LED party lighting, a dancefloor with a pole, and a charming event coordinator who keeps the group entertained throughout the ride. You can bring your own alcohol onboard and prepare your own playlist — or leave everything to our DJ and order the Alcohol Package. It’s a real dance floor on wheels that cruises through the streets of Gdańsk, Sopot, and Gdynia for a full 2 hours.

Question 3

What is included in the price of the Party Bus + Dinner at the Brewery package?

Accepted Answer

The package price includes: 2-hour exclusive rental of the Party Bus for your group with pickup from a chosen location in the Tricity, event coordinator's care on board, table reservation at Brovarnia Gdańsk, 2 locally brewed beers for each participant, and a main course of choice from the menu (vegetarian option available on request). The sequence of attractions is flexible — it is possible to switch the order, i.e., start with dinner at Brovarnia, and after 2–3 hours, have the Party Bus ready outside the restaurant. Please indicate your preferred sequence when booking.

Question 4

How many people can fit on the Party Bus at once, and can two buses be combined for larger groups?

Accepted Answer

One Party Bus comfortably accommodates up to 25 participants. For groups over 25 people, we arrange two buses simultaneously — they travel in convoy or separately, with the entire group meeting for dinner at Brovarnia. For groups over 50 people, we can extend the dinner at Brovarnia to the entire restaurant or reserve a private room — details and pricing are prepared individually.

Question 5

How long does the entire Party Bus + Dinner at the Brewery event last from start to finish?

Accepted Answer

The total event duration is usually 4–5 hours: 2 hours of Party Bus ride + 2–3 hours of dinner and feasting at Brovarnia. This is the perfect length for a corporate evening — long enough for everyone to really connect, yet compact enough so no one is kept longer than they wish. After dinner at Brovarnia, for groups wanting to continue the evening, we optionally organize entries and reservations at one of Sopot's top music clubs.

Question 6

Is a vegetarian option available during the dinner at Brovarnia?

Accepted Answer

Yes — for participants not consuming meat, we prepare a vegetarian option from Brovarnia's menu. Please inform us of the number of vegetarian guests and dish choices a few days before the event — Brovarnia is fully prepared for such orders. For participants with serious food allergies (gluten, lactose, etc.), please contact the coordinator before making a reservation.

Question 7

Can the evening be extended after dinner at Brovarnia, and how can club entry tickets be ordered?

Accepted Answer

Yes — after dinner, we optionally organize entry tickets + booth reservation at one of Sopot or Gdańsk's top music or night clubs. For groups wishing to reach the club by transport, we organize an additional ride — please indicate this option when booking. Reserving a booth in a club usually involves a minimum prepayment at the bar — details and current prices are provided when arranging the event specifics.

Question 8

Is the Party Bus + Dinner at the Brewery available in English for international groups?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the event coordinator on board the Party Bus and the reservation staff at Brovarnia communicate in English. The Party Bus is an attraction that transcends language — loud music, dancing, and good fun require no translation, and a dinner with craft beer in a 400-year-old Gdańsk Granary is an experience that delights guests from any country.

Question 9

Can the number of participants be changed after making a reservation and until when is this possible?

Accepted Answer

Changes to the number of participants are possible — please report any adjustments no later than 10 working days before the planned event, so the coordinator can appropriately adjust the table reservation at Brovarnia and the number of buses. Weekend evenings are very popular both on the Party Buses and at Brovarnia — we encourage booking and confirming the group composition as early as possible, especially in the summer season (June–August).

Question 10

What description appears on the invoice for organizing the Party Bus + Dinner at the Brewery?

Accepted Answer

The invoice for organizing the corporate attraction usually includes the description: "organization of integration / corporate event / workshop". If your company requires a different description due to accounting department requirements or internal billing policy, please ask us for details when placing your order.

Question 11

Do you issue a proforma invoice before the Party Bus + Dinner at the Brewery?

Accepted Answer

Yes, payment is made based on a proforma invoice. You will receive the final VAT invoice after the event, as the number of participants may change by then — we want the billing to always match the actual number of people participating in the event.
