If you want to expand the alcohol selection on the Party Bus — an optional Alcohol Package is available; if you want your own DJ on the bus — that's also possible for an additional fee.

After the 2-hour ride, the bus drops the group off at one of the top Sopot music clubs — the specific venue is determined at booking, taking into account the group's music preferences (electronic music, hip-hop, pop, commercial) and the current event program for the evening. Sopot boasts one of the best club scenes in Poland — from classics like crowded, loud discos at the Monte Cassino amusement park to more elegant, intimate jazz bars and beach clubs right by the pier. Upon request, we can also arrange VIP entry to one of Gdańsk's clubs in the center or on the Granary Island — to be agreed upon at booking.

One Party Bus can accommodate up to 25 participants. For groups over 25 people, we deploy two buses in a convoy. For groups over 15 people, the VIP Club package automatically includes an additional bottle of vodka in the club set — at no extra cost. For very large groups (50+ people), we organize several tables in the club or a private VIP section — details and pricing are arranged individually.

The standard schedule is as follows: The Party Bus picks up the group around 8:00 PM from a designated location in Gdańsk, Gdynia, or Sopot → 2-hour ride (dance floor on wheels, own drinks, music, coordinator) → around 10:00 PM the bus arrives at the club, where a table reservation, alcohol set, and VIP entry for the whole group await. Time spent in the club is flexible — the coordinator escorts the group to the location, hands over the reservation and alcohol set, and then everyone enjoys themselves as they wish. An earlier start (e.g., 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM) is possible — to be determined at booking.

Yes — optional extras are available: DJ on board, who conducts musical animation throughout the ride and plays music according to the group's wishes, and an Alcohol Package with drink service by the coordinator along the entire route. You can also bring your own alcohol and playlist on board — glasses and cups are always provided by us. It's worth setting music and drink preferences at booking, so the coordinator has everything ready before you board.

Yes — the event coordinator communicates in English throughout the evening, and the club staff speaks English. This is one of the reasons why this package is particularly popular among stag parties coming to Tricity from the UK, Germany, and Scandinavia — everything is organized, translated, and coordinated without requiring participants to engage in any logistical details. Foreign guests board the bus and have a perfect evening.

Can the number of participants be changed after booking, and until when is this possible?

Changing the number of participants is possible — please report any changes no later than 10 days before the planned event, so the coordinator can appropriately adjust the number of buses, the alcohol set in the club, and the table reservation. Friday and Saturday evenings in Tricity are exceptionally busy, especially during the summer season — we encourage you to book as early as possible to ensure availability of both the Party Bus and your preferred club.

What description appears on the invoice for organizing the Party Bus + VIP Club package?

Accepted Answer

The invoice for organizing a corporate attraction usually includes the description: “organization of an integration / corporate event / workshop". If your company requires a different description due to accounting department requirements or internal billing policies, please ask us for details when placing your order.

Do you issue a proforma invoice before the Party Bus + VIP Club package?

Accepted Answer

Yes, payment is made based on the proforma invoice. The final VAT invoice is issued after the event, as the number of participants may change until then — we want the settlement to always match the actual number of people attending the event.
